I consistently get approached with questions asking for network marketing advice. People ask if they should try a certain strategy old school – new school, how certain leaders become successful, how to build globally, what type of presentation generates the best results, if they should go to that Generic NM event, questions about their website, what I thought about their company etc… I had someone in my team recently design a plan which took him 3 months to complete to get to the top rank in the company. And who are most of these callers? Well many (but not all) fall into one category. They are people who spend time investigating, analyzing, and looking for an easy, cheap way to become an overnight success. They find it easier and safer to stay in a state of continuous investigation to avoid actually doing something to build their business. My advice to many of these callers: Go out and actually do something. Maybe even make your first prospecting presentation. Even if you make 20 more calls investigating network marketing theories, nothing will happen. Okay, I’am not very popular with some of these callers, but I do feel I should at least tell them the truth. What about you? Do you have distributors who do everything except contact prospects? Are they always putting together a new brochure or presentation that will fix all the problems of network marketing? Are they so busy with “busy work” that they don’t have time to recruit? Do they spend hours every day sending e-mails back and forth to people they have never met, and spending too much time on the social sites like facebook with no marketing strategy? Do they focus their time pretending to build relationships with the 800 nameless people they have captured in their autoresponder? What are you going to tell them? Are you going to say: “Nice brochure. You are really accomplishing a lot.” Or, are you going to tell them the truth? Will you say: Go out and actually do something that will build your business. Make a phone call. Meet a live person. Make a presentation. Sign up a new distributor. Can you imagine what your life could look like if you and your team followed this advice? All these years later that is the one thing that I have done well I consistently acted every single day on my DREAMS. Creating Results in your LIFE!!!!
A Couple of years into my Network Marketing career I stumbled upon a defining moment in my business that changed everything I realized instead of gearing my coaching and mentoring in teaching just the basics I started to focus on helping people raise their consciousness. When people in your organization raise their consciousness they will always figure out how to do the rest. When you have a team that is focused on personal development and you build that within your culture great things start to happen. A community of greatness will spread like a wildfire. Here is the challenge in this process is most people habitually are focused in the \”rear view mirror\” which prevents them from growing their Conscious level. It\’s like bending a hose the water will never flow, this is what happens to your success energy if you don\’t break through this destructive habit. Focusing on the way you want your life to be when things are not going your way in the present moment, is not the easiest thing to do. But if you have the determination to focus your attention especially in your business as your want it to be, rather than as it is, your income will change dramatically. When one understands this power of focus on today in the moment you will begin to notice the universe will start to respond to your desires, little coincidences that are not a coincidence appear you will then start to let go of everything and anything that is not part of your new vibration which is your focus/Your DREAM.. I can clearly go back into my life and see life changing moments for me where when I got in this mindset I let go of grudges, mistakes ,ex business partners, complaints, ill wishes, bad behaviour etc… At this point you will start searching for the things that serve you, you will come up with great new ideas, your thoughts will build momentum which will be evidence of the new you!!!! The greatest blessings I have received in my NM career is the number of countries I have visited (more than 50 now) probably have trained into the hundreds of thousands, these experiences have really led me to believe we are here to create as Creations of God and we are definitely worthy of every idea that comes to US. God Does not make JUNK!!! There is no greater creator than you and no greater reason to create than the things you desire in your life. Believe me the closer you get to your \”source\” which expands when you Fall in Love with your DREAM, the Greater Joy you will experience in your Life. So your source your internal guidance system, holy spirit whatever you want to call it will tell you that you are off track by how you feel. My desire and my passion is to help others think enough of themselves to feel good and do whatever it takes to feel good, that way you will have the ability to manifest your DREAM fast despite whatever is happening around you. With every thought you think and with every desire you give birth to the universe expands. And it is only through your joyous quest that all is possible. God Does Not Make Junk!!!! FREEDOM
I have been fortunate to travel the world now over 50 countries, which has helped me to get to an awareness/conscious level that I am very grateful for. No matter what city/country I have visited HUMAN BEINGS want the same thing – FREEDOM!!!! Let me explain what the definition of FREEDOM is for most…….. In the United States of America, Canada and through-out the world lies a large industrial city which is the site of one of the world\’s largest slave labor camps. Located in and around the center of this city are community settlements where the slaves live. Each morning the slaves move herd-like from their quarters into the slave labor camps. Each one is at his or her station by 7:30 AM – 900 a.m . Here they report to their master for the day\’s duties. And here they remain chained until at least 5:00 PM when they\’re released to go home. The slaves have no choice as to how many hours they must labor. Sometimes they are required to work overtime until their master tells them they may leave and go home. Each year the slaves are told when to take their vacations, for how long, and when they must return. They have little choice as to how much money they earn as they are paid not what they are worth, but what the job is worth. They are allowed very little time for lunch and coffee breaks during the labor hours. The slaves will remain in their chains in great fear because the master can punish them with the \”firing\” or \”layoff\” whip. It is said that even some of the older slaves who have been good and faithful have felt the sting of the whip. Day by day, year-by-year, the slaves toil and grow older until the master decides it is time to release them to the retirement camps where they\’re forced to sit idle and wait for death. It\’s a well-known fact that the old slaves who try to keep working are sometimes whipped with a \”stop-their-pension\” whip. I know these slave camps exist for I once was a slave. But now I am a free man who lives among the slaves. The reason I am free is because I am in business for myself as a Network Marketer – Global business man. Yes, I am truly free. I arise in the morning at the hour called for by my schedule. I decide my own hours. I can even sleep in late while the slaves are at work. I can vacation when, where, and for how long I please. I\’m free to take my coffee break and lunch when I decide. And of course, I can decide my own paycheck because I am not a slave. I can choose to work when and where I please and with whom I please. I\’m free to stay in the city for as long as I want, or to move on to greener pastures if I decide to. I\’ve seen many slaves sadly pack their belongings to leave their city in search of a new master, but it is always the same. There is, however, a ray of hope for the slave. He or she can buy their own freedom. The cost is not high, yet it seems high to those who do not have the courage to pay the price. What is the price? ONE MUST BE WILLING TO BE ONE’S OWN MASTER! Live Your Freedom and reach for your Goals in this great industry of Network Marketing/Direct sales. Many years ago I had a defining moment when I was a \”slave\” managing a Multi million dollar Fitness/Racquet Facility when the owners one day told me they were selling and the next day it was sold. Thank God this forced me to look at my future and right there and then I made a decision to have this freedom, without the decision I would not have the freedom I am enjoying now, have you really made that decision? The power behind this decision that you shall \” persist until you succeed\” is ultimately why you will succeed and be FREE!!!!!!
