More on the subject of Money relating to Network Marketers
One of the Challenges in the Network marketing world is most of our distributors have the wrong mindset when it comes to money. More importantly they are stuck in always thinking small. So let me ask you a quick question. Have you got the mindset for making money? If you do, you\’ll flourish in your business and more likely to earn millions. If you don\’t then you more then likely have a poverty mindset. That means you\’ll continue to struggle in your business, or reach a certain level of income and you seem to never get past that level no matter how hard you try, possibly get into more debt and or have the inability to reach the top levels in your recognition plan. With a poverty mindset you make the wrong choices, never have enough money and watch your bank account continue to shrink. You wonder why you can\’t make more and have more. You are sure you are talented, you are giving more value. When you compare yourself to others that are earning the money you tend to say I am better more skilled then them why then am I not at their level. You think those who have plenty of money are lucky. And you\’re not one of the lucky ones. You believe that maybe you\’re just not meant to have money. That you\’re meant to struggle. And so it gets harder and harder to make more money. This is what a poverty mindset does. It sends the wrong instructions to your subconscious mind. Instead of creating wealth, your subconscious forces you to lose money and continue to struggle. You don\’t want this, but without realizing it you\’ve developed a poverty mindset. Now you\’re used to it. So it gets harder and harder to change things or dream bigger. Habits are hard to unlearn. Goal setting becomes an impossible exercise. Well I have to let you in on a secret this is why the industry of Network Marketing is incredible, it is the difference maker. You don\’t have to struggle anymore with money or your business. You don\’t have to live with a poverty mindset. You can go from having little to having more than you need by dreaming bigger and reaching your goals and achieving the lifestyle you want. Yes you can have more and make more money. And you will… When you have a wealth mindset. When your subconscious mind is focused on making money. When you believe that you can and will have more money. When you get rid of the blocks that prevent you from making and having more money and this is done when you surround yourself with the right environment the right team the right mentors who can help you in this process. Unfortunately most people are not in the right environment the right team thus your default position is you don\’t believe. And if you\’re not making as much money as you want in your biz then you don\’t have your subconscious focused on making money. Instead, your subconscious is focused on making less or even losing money, and focusing on what you don\’t want, the struggles in the biz etc… It keeps creating blocks that stop. And that\’s only because you keep telling your subconscious that you want to struggle. But that\’s not what you want. You\’re just giving your subconscious the wrong instructions. Today I am telling you that you can turn things around. Today you direct your subconscious mind to bring you more money and more wealth by surrounding yourself with the right environment the right team the right mentor. This is the starting point that will allow you to start getting to the conscious level where you are sending the right instructions to your Subconscious. When I first learned this because of my environment I starting to experience that my subconscious was bringing more and more wealth. I learned to give it the right messages on a consistent basis. So how is this done well there are many techniques but the major starting point as a Network Marketer is your environment, when you surround yourself with the right people(the right team – mentor), the people who have the wealthy mindset who are living their dreams, that are walking the talk you will start to become like them, you will start to program your subconscious the right messages. One last tip, I really believed one of the major reasons why I have created an incredible life is when I started in this industry from day one I communicated daily with my mentors particularly my mentors that had the lifestyle I wanted, in many cases I chased them, every chance I had the opportunity to be around them I was there. This insatiable desire to be like them to have the lifestyle they had I knew that the more time I spent with them I slowly would end up thinking like them and thus changing my inside world would lead a dramatic change to my outside world. It is amazing how many business partners over the years that I have worked with that I know were struggling with this mindset, rarely chased me down, rarely took the initiative to communicate with me, frankly based on what I have shared with you in this post is a major error in judgement. Don\’t hide behind the computer if you are struggling, you need to change, you need to communicate more with your mentors chase them even if it is too say hi, be aggressive. Please don\’t take my advice lightly!!!! You are a powerful person. You can have the wealth you want. You can make as much money as you want. Start directing your power today. See you at the Top Joe

3rd Party Follow Up 3rd Party follow up and validation is perhaps the most important part of your Network Marketing business. It\’s a subtle, but powerful element of your Business. Psychologists call this element social proof. What it means is that people are more likely to do something if other people are doing it too. The more testimonials your prospects hear, the more likely they are going to say \”yes.\” TOOLS Conference call Webinars Company publications 3-way calls Product – Business Testimonials Events Local business presentations Websites – Training websites Marketing STRATEGIES Branding sites – Your own or upline Youtube channel Branding info (anything that adds to the credibility of you or your business partners) i.e – Photos or videos of Company trip promos, photos – videos of your or business partners lifestyle videos of conventions etc….. Using third party is a simple thing to do. When someone has been presented the business, the next thing you want to do is introduce them to others doing the business. After they see your main tool that you use to show the business i.e website, recruiting video etc.., , the next step is to do a 3-way with one of your upline business partners or even sideline if needed. The proper way to do a 3-way call to most can be commonsense, however, most 3-ways are not done properly. Here\’s what should happen in a 3-way. Step 1) Distributor calls prospect with upline business partner Step 2) Prospect answers and Distributor introduces themselves and asks if they have a minute(this is critical, they may be in the middle of something, if they don\’t set up another time with them) Step 3) Distributor edifies the upline like \’Bob I would like to introduce you to my business partner she is extremely successful in _______ and does business all over the world.\'(Best practice – discuss with your upline business partners how they want to be edified on the call) The purpose of edification it builds the credibility of that person with your prospect. The prospect immediately thinks they are talking to an expert. Make sure you do not miss this step if you do the call I guarantee won\’t in most cases go as well. Step 4) Upline tells their story and background ( again this is critical remember stories tell facts don\’t). Upline takes care of their questions & tells more stories about product, company etc.. Step 5) Upline asks for close. \”Do you have enough information to get started\” After a local business briefing, take your guest around and introduce them to other people in the room. Have your prospect tap into a conference call (webinars) or to recorded video testimonial so they can hear from others who are in the business. Again if you are not doing this you are missing one of the best tools to close a prospect. Even if someone wants to get started, then immediately connect them with others who are in the business. When you watch the professionals in Network Marketing, they are constantly introducing people to others. Even at major events, they are introducing their leaders to other leaders. The third party validation happens throughout the entire life of your business. Follow-up is a critical factor in your business. Too many times, people get someone to the website or go to a meeting and they never contact them again. It\’s responsible. It\’s professional. It\’s accountable. It\’s critical. The fortune is in the follow-up. Remember that. If you are contacting a lot of people, but you are not getting results, it\’s probably because of your poor follow-up. Remember all you need to do is invite the person to hear from other people. The third party follow up will explode your business! \”Never, never give up and never give in. Tenacity and toughness are taught. Those who persist win! The wolves are always out there prowling around for strays, preying on the unsuspecting and weak. It is true that a smooth sea never made a good sailor! Never promise more than you can or are will to give. Never give anything but your best. Never give up or give in.\” Have a prosperous Day!!! Why Can\’t I make more money?
Due to my Global business I have been fortunate to travel to multiple countries, I am actually closing in on 50 countries. No matter where I have gone, the number one struggle that I consistently see is the struggle of money. Making more money is on everyone\’s minds & wish list. Affirmations is definitely something that has worked for me and countless of others that I have mentored Affirmations like: \”Money flows to me easily\” \”Money comes to me from different sources\” \”I open myself to abundance and wealth\” \”I receive wealth and abundance everyday\” I coach my team to not only state these affirmations, but also write them down, and put them all over the place to remind you that you\’re manifesting wealth. Does this simple exercise work for everyone well I wish I could say yes. Well let me share with you why it may not work for you. You think about making money and you wonder why you\’re not getting ahead. Then the negative thoughts come up… thoughts like: It\’s hard to make money. There are no good ways to make money. I have to work hard and give up too much. Then you go back to thinking about manifesting wealth and you work with the affirmations again… but still nothing changes. And it never will. At least not until you change what\’s on your subconscious mind. When it comes to making money or manifesting wealth you\’ve planted instructions on your subconscious mind. Those instructions are your thoughts and beliefs about money which are wired to your subconscious. It simply follows those instructions. So even if you want to manifest wealth, and even if you say your affirmations, nothing will change until you change the wealth instructions that you\’ve planted on your subconscious mind. As soon as you do that you\’ll begin to truly manifest wealth. You\’ll attract the right opportunities to make money. You\’ll meet the right people who will help you make more money. You\’ll make the right choices. You\’ll manage your money better. And you can do that as soon as you change the wealth program that\’s on your subconscious mind You want to manifest wealth. You should manifest wealth. You keep trying but when nothing works it\’s a clear sign that you have a number of blocks on your subconscious mind. These blocks prevent you from making and having more. They need to be removed. They need to be replaced with clear paths to manifesting wealth. And you can have as much as you want and even more. Simply remove those blocks that prevent you from manifesting wealth. Get rid of the negative thoughts and negative beliefs that stop you from making more money.
