Increasing Energy Speeds Up What You Manifest Our thoughts create reality but not every thought of ours manifest with equal intensity. Strong thought forms and fleeting through forms have corresponding manifestations in reality. Idle thoughts have no sustenance in the effect that we experience. When you want to experience certain desires more tangibly and permanently, you must focus your thoughts into experiencing them as part of your life. The more you breathe, dream and live your DREAM, the faster and more powerfully it will show up in your universe. The more attention you channel into an area, the more results you get at a faster rate. Attention is mental life. What you focus on is where you give life to. Neglect causes a thing to wither away and die. Some of our successful projects start declining and failing when we take our focus away for too long. To keep our dreams alive, we must keep feeding them with our thoughts and actions. When you focus a lot of your attention on something for a prolonged period of time you create lots of results in that area. Everything is energy. Even time and space is energy. Some people seem to progress faster by spending more time on doing certain things and less time on other things. The reason why this is the case is not because of time, but because they are simply concentrating energy more in that direction. Someone can spend less time doing something and yet still accomplish more than another who spends more time on it because the first person is spending energy more efficiently than the second person. It is all about finding vibrational balance in your life. The more fulfilled you are in the way you live, the more fulfilment you will attract and the better your energy will be. Time and space are illusionary but their essence can be seen as energy. So therefore in synopsis the more energy and thus time you put into your DREAM no matter how many distractions come up in your life you will speed up your manifesting of your DREAM ……. SOMETHING TO CONSIDER IS IT HARDER TO RECRUIT TODAY IN THE INDUSTRY OF NETWORK MARKETING…..? You may think Technology has made it easier to reach out to people, most of us would agree to this. When I first started the industry the 3 ft rule and newspaper advertising were our primary source of leads… Today due to technology there are hundreds of methods to reach out to potential prospects…. Your enemy though in building in today\’s world is DISTRACTION…. Consider these facts…. The Average person in our Society is exposed to 63,000 words of information – On an average day is DISTRACTED by INTERRUPTIONS every 11 minutes and checks their SMARTPHONES 110 Times… DISTRACTIONS IS THE ENEMY OF FOCUS Are you sending your prospects to a recorded business presentation 97% + will never watch through the presentation, particularly if its more than 20 minutes? Are your FB lives more than 15 to 30 minutes 97% + will never watch the entire Live even in the replay… If your company videos are more than 5 minutes and they don\’t capture peoples attention in the first 2 minutes they will become a redundant tool . To succeed in the industry you need to understand DISTRACTIONS ARE KILLING YOUR BUSINESS… Not just for your prospects but you yourself. Are you spending most of your day on FB, Instagram etc.., do you find you are trying to multi task looking at one thing and trying to be productive at the same time…? The Distraction Disease will sneak up to you and it then becomes a way of life…. and it will be hard to let it go… To succeed in prospecting you need to be expose your prospects \”bites\” of information until they get serious about your business opportunity… The work does not stop there even when they enrol it is most important today then any time in the history of this industry you need to help your new distributor to determine their DREAM. I see so much suffering in the world all because of MONEY!!! MONEY to most creates so much anguish so much stress so much negativity that people kill for it, marriages fall apart because of it, people steal because of it, family\’s fight over it when a loved one dies…. Churches close, even doing what most would consider doing the most important of work on this Planet – Gods work – because of lack of MONEY, almost a billion people starve to death on this planet due to the lack of it…… this unquestionably should not happen in this world with so much abundance and prosperity. When I clearly understood how to have a relationship with MONEY the world of Abundance and Prosperity came into my Life.. It\’s taken me awhile to write this, I share some thoughts of the relationship I started to have with MONEY many years ago, guaranteed to help you build this MONEY energy into your life……. I would recommend you read this daily print it out when you feel vulnerable because of MONEY read it…. IF THIS TOUCHES YOU I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR FEEDBACK ON THE POST…. Most people think they know me. They don’t. I am not what most people think I am. I am not the paper in your wallet, or the coins that jingle in your purse. I am not quietly sitting in your bank account, hoping to be used one day. You cannot see me, feel me or touch me. I AM AN IDEA. I AM ENERGY. I’m neither good nor evil. I am only what you decide that I am, and I fulfill the role that you create for me. I don’t care how smart you are, where you live, what you do, or where you come from. All I care about is your energy. Your energy decides what thoughts you have, and therefore your thoughts will determine the relationship you have with me. I have very simple needs, and simple rules. I AM INFINITE. I have no limits, except for those you place on me with your mind. There is no limit to the energy in the world, and because I am simply energy, I cannot be restricted or controlled. I crave abundance. I am attracted to those who think without restrictions, who like to think big. When you believe there is enough of me to go around, I am naturally magnetized by that thinking. I despise scarcity. Because there is no limit to me, I avoid those who think from a win/lose or scarcity perspective. Those who believe I am in short supply, or difficult to receive, will find that very reality, because I choose to avoid those who think small. I love value. What magnetizes me most is the creation of value in the universe. I move to places where value is created, because creation is energy. If you wish to attract me into your life, focus on creating value for others, and I will appear. I avoid entitlement and complacency. No one ‘deserves’ to have me, and I am always moving to the place I am most respected and where value is created. It has nothing to do with ‘fair’. Those who take me for granted or become complacent with my energy will find me gone. I only have one job, and that is to serve you. It is a matter of energy and value creation. My purpose is simply to move to where I am attracted most, and where I can grow. My one goal is to replicate myself. Because there is no limit to energy, my purpose is to reproduce and grow, in orderto bring more energy to the universe. I am created and replicated through value creation. I am an energy of evolution. The message for you should be clear. Those who create value for others in the world will find me in their lives. I AM WHATEVER YOU BELIEVE ME TO BE. So what you believe about me can make you miserable, or what you believe canenable you to perform miracles. I’m neither positive, nor negative. I am what you decide I am. If you fear me in any way, I can crush your ability to survive. If you get to know me, I can make your life flourish and your dreams come alive. I can be your master, or I can be your servant. I am only what you make me. So, the relationship we have together will be determined by you. Isn’t it time we got to know each other better? This is one of my older most popular posts and I believe life changing. All the best in 2013… Making 2013 your best year ever I put a lot thought and effort on my last post of 2012, I hope you know it is coming from a place deep down in my soul!!! It is my longest blog post but entirely worth the read, I guarantee you. Enjoy!! How do I make 2013 my best year ever? Around this time of year I am consistently getting this question. To me the question is really easy to answer but probably not what you expected. To make 2013 you need to change your philosophy, change your Paradigm. “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” James Allen began his book with that aphorism more than eighty years ago. As a student of the power of thought – I believe the book is more relevant today, than it was when it was first written. In my first number of years in this industry, I used to think the most important things to teach my people were prospecting and training strategies. But I couldn’t understand why after they learned them, they didn’t do something more with them. Then I came to realize that there were all sorts of mental blocks holding them back. Fear of failure, low self esteem, fear of rejection, feelings of unworthiness, and the biggest one–fear of success. I came to understand that to build a large growing network, it was critical to include a personal development program in the equation. So now, I work on helping people discover and put into action their innate personal power. This is what has the potential to transform your business and life. Thus the reason I launched www.steamteam.ca It’s pleasing to your ego to assume your group is not growing because of outside factors and other circumstances. It’s very convenient to blame your lack of progress on your company’s compensation plan, the price of the products, timing, the area you live and a host of other external factors. But the truth is, you are reaping the results of your thoughts. Your suffering is the result of your negative, greedy or lazy thoughts, just as the blessings in your life are the results of your positive, kind and loving thoughts. This is an immutable, unshakable universal law… You cannot change your thoughts without changing your life. In either direction. Fortunately, you can pick the direction. You follow the thoughts you allow yourself to be dominated with. Program your mind with Jerry Springer and reality TV and you’re certain to lead a life of victim-hood, lack and limitation. Program your mind with the fertile stuff of “As a Man Thinketh,” “The Magic of Thinking Big,” and “Think and Grow Rich,” “Science of Getting Rich” all which can be downloaded for free on www.steamteam.ca and you’ll be walking the highway of strong and high endeavor. Just as planting an acorn will grow an oak tree, planting positive thoughts into your subconscious mind will grow you a Great business and a life, of wonder, harmony, happiness and success. It is common for people to think that they will attract what they want. Unfortunately, this is not true. You actually attract what you ARE. And of course, you are what you think about. The whims, desires and even strong passions you have can quite easily be thwarted by the thoughts you have about them. Last month, I ran into a friend who works as a clerk on the graveyard shift. After our conversation I suggested He visited my training site site. I suggested he read the books on the site along with watching some of our webinar training’s. After devouring the site, he mentioned that he was trying to create a vision for the future as I suggested – but all he could see was cracked mirrors. He asked me what I thought would cause that. I replied that the likely causes were watching too much TV (he nodded), reading the daily newspaper instead of positive books (he nodded again), hanging around with negative people (now he’s nodding furiously), or all three. ‘Busted,’ he says. Like a lot of people I know, he wants a better life, and often asks me for advice on how to get it. I used to give these people copies of “As a Man Thinketh” and suggest they read it. I discovered they never found the time. Then I switched to giving them the name, and suggesting they buy it themselves. Most never get it. They spend so much time in thoughts of negativity – being a victim – they don’t release those thoughts and replace them with thoughts of self-improvement. It’s a chicken or egg thing. They don’t buy the book because they don’t have positive thoughts. They don’t have positive thoughts, because they won’t read the book. You will find a lot of parallels in your business. You need to believe you’ll be successful or you won’t be. But you have to believe it before it happens. Most people fail because they can’t keep this positive frame of mind until they actually manifest success. They start out believing it, or at least thinking they do. Then one of their people drops out, a presentation goes bad, or their first guests never show up to the presentation. They don’t realize it then, but this is the absolute turning point of their career… They will see these things as a challenge to be overcome – or an insurmountable obstacle and quit. If they accept it as a challenge, they build character and persevere. Until they get a little success. Which gives them some more positive thoughts – that build their belief – that lead them to their next success – which builds their belief stronger. They are on a win/succeed cycle. If they view the situation as an insurmountable obstacle, subconsciously they will look for validation to fail. The economy is
