2024 tips to making it a Great Year!!!

One thing that most all human beings want starting today January 1 is a better year than the previous year especially in the financial department. There is a exercise that I have done which has been a Game Changer. It will help you review 2023 and take your to the next level in 2024. Answer the following questions take your time to really get the most out of this exercise .. What you want and why!!!  Without a destination in your life it’s not possible to grow and succeed .  The first thing we do when we get into our car is log in the details of Google/Apple Maps GPS. If we don’t know the destination the car will just go in circles your life will be the same way. I would recommend to read my book or reread it again as it will help you define your why and help your awareness on this area – Your Best Year Ever    https://bit.ly/yourbestyr – Available in Japanese, Russian, Spanish, English, Swedish, Hindi, Chinese 2 – What are your highlights over the past year?  This will help you focus and be grateful for the good things that happened…. 3- What were your struggles and why?  If we continue think the same the way and do the same things we will continue to get the same results.  This will help you see your patterns that don\’t serve you…  4 – What did you learn about yourself and what daily action habits can implemented to grow & reach my Business Goals and thus my Financial  Goals?  Nothing new happens in life with out change.   Success can be attributed to the daily habits that make huge difference in our results.    For example setting a goal you will share the Product and the Business once a day, everyday for 2024 for most this would be a Game Changer in results.  Another example would be if you in 2023 were doing 30 minutes of personal development a day and changed it to 1 hour a day,  just doing that extra 30 minutes a day how much more would you develop as a person as a business person….?   Wishing and Praying that you have your BEST YEAR EVER IN 2024….    Joe

NETWORK MARKETING LEADS TO DIVORCE!!!

I came home after my first Network Marketing business presentation all excited I manifested the vehicle to my Dreams looked into the mirror and told my self I would never quit or even think about quitting. I would persist until I succeeded…. My next obstacle was my wife I was relatively newly married and had a 1 year old son. I knew that with all my heart that I needed the support of my partner in life however, I could not even imagine the commitment that was needed to succeed. I sat with her and told her that I don\’t need her support but I would love it, I was going to do this and succeed with or without her support. She felt my commitment, my stubborness I was doing it for my DREAMS of our family. She could not say no!!! When I started to travel for business it was not easy leaving her at home with our young kids it was hard on her but I made a promise to her that I would never book a trip more than 7 days and miss any birthdays etc….  For the most part I kept that promise a couple of times due to travel schedules just was not possible. I have witnessed many a divorce in our industry particularly with top leaders and in lieu of high profile Divorces with the Gates and Bezos it is difficult at the best of times to have that balance, here are some reasons why Divorces become an end result in the industry of Network marketing  1) Leaders who had a good to great run of 6 or 7 figure income and then got in to  jumping around from company and company trying to regain the income they did in that magical run/financial distress – never attaining the freedom of residual income /financial plan 2) – The 100% support was never given from the beginning and communicated 3) a Family plan of balance. 4) Values of both partners are never communicated and worked on … If you are starting in the industry or you are moving up in rank in your company becoming a 10% income earner your balance in family life will be challenged, many conflicts will come about . Most understand that nothing is more important than family however, when you are driven, when you have fallen in LOVE with your DREAM balance becomes the most difficult thing to accomplish. Suggestions – – Have a serious talk with your spouse, partner like I did share your commitment let them know it\’s important to have their support but you don\’t need it…. – Schedule family time. For example what I did is use my planner from Sunday to Sunday and scheduled my family time with my wife. This was hard to do as I thrived as a spontaneous person but it saved so many Potential conflicts… -travel set a commitment and goal never to be away from home for a certain period and never miss special family events.. Many will say you have to pay the price for success do not make your family pay the price its a simple error in judgement that will catch up to you negatively. – Have a financial plan. What we did is we got to a lifestyle we were comfortable with and invested the rest making more residual income.  Many of the toys Network Marketers purchase gets them into trouble as they become losing assets.   Most of the time they are purchased to show people they are successful which becomes a simple error in judgement.   I saved 10% of my commissions, 10% for my Kids College , put away a percentage for taxes…. we had a 10% fund for fun as a family.   Looking back the best investments I made was in the area of exotic family vacations , the countries we visited were FOOD for our marriage and family life.. – Involve your spouse/partner as much as you can even if they don\’t want to be a part of the action part of the business find ways where you can involve them. Every little thing count. – Ask your spouse/partner to write down the top 10 values they have and compare it to yours.  This exercise can be a relationship blessing understanding what is important to your spouse/partner. This year my wife and I are celebrating our 33rd anniversary most of them have been in my network marketing career we know nothing else, our marriage has thrived in all ways and I attribute that to the steps I have shared above.

DISTRACTIONS IS YOUR BIGGEST ENEMY…..

SOMETHING TO CONSIDER  IS IT HARDER TO RECRUIT TODAY IN THE INDUSTRY OF NETWORK MARKETING…..? You may think Technology has made it easier to reach out to people, most of us would agree to this. When I first started the industry the 3 ft rule and newspaper advertising were our primary source of leads… Today due to technology there are hundreds of methods to reach out to potential prospects…. Your enemy though in building in today\’s world is DISTRACTION…. Consider these facts…. The Average person in our Society is exposed to 63,000 words of information – On an average day is DISTRACTED by INTERRUPTIONS every 11 minutes and checks their SMARTPHONES 110 Times… DISTRACTIONS IS THE ENEMY OF FOCUS  Are you sending your prospects to a recorded business presentation 97% + will never watch through the presentation, particularly if its more than 20 minutes? Are your FB lives more than 15 to 30 minutes 97% + will never watch the entire Live even in the replay… If your company videos are more than 5 minutes and they don\’t capture peoples attention in the first 2 minutes they will become a redundant tool . To succeed in the industry you need to understand DISTRACTIONS ARE KILLING YOUR BUSINESS… Not just for your prospects but you yourself. Are you spending most of your day on FB, Instagram etc.., do you find you are trying to multi task looking at one thing and trying to be productive at the same time…? The Distraction Disease will sneak up to you and it then becomes a way of life…. and it will be hard to let it go… To succeed in prospecting you need to be expose your prospects \”bites\” of information until they get serious about your business opportunity… The work does not stop there even when they enrol it is most important today then any time in the history of this industry you need to help your new distributor to determine their DREAM. It used to be our biggest nightmare in duplication were the DREAM Steelers today it is DISTRACTIONS… Repeat this statement at loud FALLING IN LOVE WITH MY DREAM WILL HELP ME OVERCOME THE DISTRACTIONS DISEASE… YOUR DREAM WILL SET YOU FREE…..

Action

I consistently get approached with questions asking for network marketing advice.  People ask if they should try a certain strategy old school – new school, how certain leaders become successful, how to build globally, what type of presentation generates the best results, if they should go to that Generic NM event,  questions about their website, what I thought about their company etc… I had someone in my team recently design a plan which took him 3 months to complete to get to the top rank in the company. And who are most of these callers? Well many (but not all) fall into one category. They are people who spend time investigating, analyzing, and looking for an easy, cheap way to become an overnight success. They find it easier and safer to stay in a state of continuous investigation to avoid actually doing something to build their business. My advice to many of these callers: Go out and actually do something. Maybe even make your first prospecting presentation. Even if you make 20 more calls investigating network marketing theories, nothing will happen. Okay, I’am not very popular with some of these callers, but I do feel I should at least tell them the truth. What about you? Do you have distributors who do everything except contact prospects? Are they always putting together a new brochure or presentation that will fix all the problems of network marketing? Are they so busy with “busy work” that they don’t have time to recruit? Do they spend hours every day sending e-mails back and forth to people they have never met, and spending too much time on the social sites like facebook with no marketing strategy? Do they focus their time pretending to build relationships with the 800 nameless people they have captured in their autoresponder? What are you going to tell them? Are you going to say: “Nice brochure. You are really accomplishing a lot.” Or, are you going to tell them the truth? Will you say: Go out and actually do something that will build your business. Make a phone call. Meet a live person. Make a presentation. Sign up a new distributor. Can you imagine what your life could look like if you and your team followed this advice?  All these years later that is the one thing that I have done well I consistently acted every single day on my DREAMS.   This is why I have consistently achieved my DREAMS>>> Since you read this entire sponsoring tip, here’s a bonus “Advanced Leadership Tip:” Remember the Pygmalion Effect. What\’s this energy thing about?

One of the most important lessons that i have learned on my Global travels, the thousands of business presentations and training\’s I have done all over the world, the observing of people of all cultures, the teachings of Great Teachers like Bob Proctor, Robert Anthony, Anthony Robbins the Iconic Teachings of Jesus, Budda etc.. is how to have great experiences happen to you on a consistent basis. The higher you vibrate with your energy level (I am not talking about rah rah, I am talking about focusing on what you want, be happy, be respectful, think great thoughts, this raises your energy to the point where you make more money, this is what essentially DREAMING Big Dreams is all about) Money will flow to you easily and effortlessly. But how do you go about raising your energy? In the graph below – 0% represents no energy and 100% represents maximum energy. 0%—————–25%————–50%————–100% If someone is at 0% energy, then they are dead. Unfortunately, many people are living just above 0% energy. How many Prospects have you talked to in the past that fit this level and that you are continuing to chase hoping they will join you in your business? At the other end of the graph, 100% represents the highest positive energy available. As you move up the scale, you will have more of the good things in life because you are vibrating and evolving at a higher level and this only happens through surrounding yourself with the right people – feeding your mind with greatness on a daily basis which leads to greater thoughts and thus great actions and then it leads to greater results. The higher up you move on the scale, the more easily you will be able to attract great things into your life without it being blocked. Your energy level not only attracts money into your life, it attracts everything else, including other people. If you have a very dense or low level of energy, you are going to manifest that same energy you are projecting. In other words, you will attract people and relationships into your life that have the same low level, dense energy. Have you ever seen a depressed and negative person succeed long term. Want more money please read and really pay attention to my words, increase your vibration level you will make more money then you ever thought was possible for yourself. I look at our million dollar earners and very successful people in other industry\’s, you see a pattern of positive attitudes, positive action, positive emotions and thus positive results. Negative attitudes, confrontational attitudes, fear, jealously, unhappy thoughts etc.. is what the masses focus on and thus the reason why they are stuck due to their focus on being wronged by a person or some incident that happened 10 years etc…, consequently they are not moving forward and never will attract abundance and prosperity. Stop right here and think about this because it is a key point to opening the flow of money into your life. When you fully understand this you will see the whole world differently. We can sum it up this way – if you raise your energy level, you will raise your income in your business I promise you. How can I make that promise? Well in June 23 1993 I walked into a meeting room at the Sheraton Hotel in the east end of Toronto, I watched a very successful man after his training, people gravitated to him in droves, just looking at him and watching him there was something different about him, these were my exact thoughts that day. When I figured it out, I understood the secret to his success and all I did at the age of 25 I started to do the same,which led me to a life of great success, prosperity and abundance.
