MONEY!!!
I see so much suffering in the world all because of MONEY!!! MONEY to most creates so much anguish so much stress so much negativity that people kill for it, marriages fall apart because of it, people steal because of it, family\’s fight over it when a loved one dies…. Churches close, even doing what most would consider doing the most important of work on this Planet – Gods work – because of lack of MONEY, almost a billion people starve to death on this planet due to the lack of it…… this unquestionably should not happen in this world with so much abundance and prosperity. When I clearly understood how to have a relationship with MONEY the world of Abundance and Prosperity came into my Life.. It\’s taken me awhile to write this, I share some thoughts of the relationship I started to have with MONEY many years ago, guaranteed to help you build this MONEY energy into your life……. I would recommend you read this daily print it out when you feel vulnerable because of MONEY read it…. IF THIS TOUCHES YOU I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR FEEDBACK ON THE POST…. Most people think they know me. They don’t. I am not what most people think I am. I am not the paper in your wallet, or the coins that jingle in your purse. I am not quietly sitting in your bank account, hoping to be used one day. You cannot see me, feel me or touch me. I AM AN IDEA. I AM ENERGY. I’m neither good nor evil. I am only what you decide that I am, and I fulfill the role that you create for me. I don’t care how smart you are, where you live, what you do, or where you come from. All I care about is your energy. Your energy decides what thoughts you have, and therefore your thoughts will determine the relationship you have with me. I have very simple needs, and simple rules. I AM INFINITE. I have no limits, except for those you place on me with your mind. There is no limit to the energy in the world, and because I am simply energy, I cannot be restricted or controlled. I crave abundance. I am attracted to those who think without restrictions, who like to think big. When you believe there is enough of me to go around, I am naturally magnetized by that thinking. I despise scarcity. Because there is no limit to me, I avoid those who think from a win/lose or scarcity perspective. Those who believe I am in short supply, or difficult to receive, will find that very reality, because I choose to avoid those who think small. I love value. What magnetizes me most is the creation of value in the universe. I move to places where value is created, because creation is energy. If you wish to attract me into your life, focus on creating value for others, and I will appear. I avoid entitlement and complacency. No one ‘deserves’ to have me, and I am always moving to the place I am most respected and where value is created. It has nothing to do with ‘fair’. Those who take me for granted or become complacent with my energy will find me gone. I only have one job, and that is to serve you. It is a matter of energy and value creation. My purpose is simply to move to where I am attracted most, and where I can grow. My one goal is to replicate myself. Because there is no limit to energy, my purpose is to reproduce and grow, in orderto bring more energy to the universe. I am created and replicated through value creation. I am an energy of evolution. The message for you should be clear. Those who create value for others in the world will find me in their lives. I AM WHATEVER YOU BELIEVE ME TO BE. So what you believe about me can make you miserable, or what you believe canenable you to perform miracles. I’m neither positive, nor negative. I am what you decide I am. If you fear me in any way, I can crush your ability to survive. If you get to know me, I can make your life flourish and your dreams come alive. I can be your master, or I can be your servant. I am only what you make me. So, the relationship we have together will be determined by you. Isn’t it time we got to know each other better? Who is Whispering in YOUR EAR???
Many years ago I had a defining moment in my NM career which changed everything for me. It was so clear to me, if I wanted to change personally where I was financially, my lifestyle, my relationships, I needed to do this! I stopped taking financial advice from people that were broke. I stopped taking advice from people who never build a serious residual income in 1 company for more than 5 years. I did not care if a person went to the top of 5 different companies in 10 years, I wanted to build a long term walkaway business with 1 company… I stopped getting health tips from unhealthy people. I stopped taking relationship advice from people with toxic or boring relationships and I stopped looking for spiritual guidance from people that couldn’t demonstrate to me that they were attracting what they were preaching. It sounds pretty simple doesn’t it? But take a look at how often you take advice from people who don’t walk the talk. How many times have we seen people in our industry get excited when they started their business only to quit a few days later because they spoke to their broke family member who never had any history of success in business. How many times have we seen so called leaders tell people they have found a home as part of their marketing story and a year later they found another home and then another home or that they have hit the greatest company in the world, greatest compensation plan for the umpteen time… I follow the rule that “if they don’t SHOW it, they don’t KNOW it” and I learned to stay away from these people like they had the plague particularly when I was trying to establish myself in the industry of Network Marketing. We certainly have an epidemic in the business world where people are professing that they are the experts, they have learned to brand themselves real well. I am all for branding yourself it is good marketing strategy, but keep in mind be careful who you are taking advice from. Instead, I found people who had manifested what I desired and ask them for help. These are what we call mentors. It is critical in the business world, particularly in Network Marketing to have a coach/mentor. When You surround yourself with the best you become the best. Network Marketing Leadership Lessons to long term residual income!!!
Joanne was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug in her late 20’s, she dreamed of a lifestyle that was so opposite to her upbringing. After a few years she realized she was in the wrong business, her life was not what she expected it to be. One day she engaged in a conversation with a middle aged women while shopping this chance meeting turned out to be a defining moment for her. This woman was so enthusiastic that all she could hear was the “music” she was sharing. This music stirred up so much emotion inside her that every part of her body was on high alert status. Frankly the business she was sharing was too good to be true. You see Joanne was a franchise owner who bought into the entrepreneurial dream however, she was tired of the long hours, lack of freedom, employee headaches etc…. All she could understand from this brief introduction was when she shared this line “you can make a lot of money while you sleep.” This is what she was lacking in her life “FREEDOM” and therefore this subsequently became her DREAM!!! After doing her research on the industry, attending events, meeting with top earners. Joanne made a decision that she was going to join a Network Marketing company and create a residual income that would provide her the Lifestyle Freedom she desperately wanted which consisted of more quality time with her family, the ability to at a moments notice jump on a plane and travel to an exotic location even if it was just for a few days, purchase a winter home in Maui, Hawaii overlooking the Pacific Ocean where she could continue to work her business. 10 years later Joanne is forced to look back at her career in Network Marketing due to the fact she had recently in the last 18 months joined a company (her 5th in 10 years) that showed promised however, her organization once again died. Even though she had achieved some success financially and been able to support her family she was no-where close to that residual income DREAM. Joanne after her recent collapse of her business, went for a long walk in the woods. This collapse of her business had been a pattern with her previous 4 companies, she would build it up due to her great recruiting skills create great organizational volume and then it would fall apart 1 to 2 years later. She would always blame the company, it was something the company always did that destroyed her business which made it easy for her to look for another opportunity. About a mile in the woods Joanne bumped into a women named Lacy who was resting on a bench apparently after a long jog. Joanne decided to engage in conversation with her she needed someone to talk too even if it was a stranger. After a bunch of small talk Joanne asked her what she did for a living, to her surprise Lacy shared with her that she was a Network Marketing Professional for the last 10 years and when on to share with her why she joined Network Marketing. Joanne immediately was enthralled because Lacy and her had something in common they joined for the same reason the residual income DREAM! To Joanne’s surprise Lacy’s story was completely different than hers. Lacy had shared with her that she struggled for 5 years, she had to rebuild several times in the 5 years but stayed with the company she joined even though new opportunities were enticing, she recognized she had to take personal responsibility for her failures (first rule of great leadership). Lacy continued to share with her the defining moment in her business, when one of her closest friends and front line business partner hit her with comments that shook her foundation which was shared to her by an industry leader. Maybe the reason why we have had to rebuild several times over the years is because we broke many leadership rules like the following – Great leaders lead by example, they qualify for all promotions, they are recruiting and bringing new teams on, they walk the talk… \”The Speed of the team is always based on the Speed of the Leader…. (2nd rule of Leadership). Her friend went on to share with her moments in their business where they did not follow through with what they said they would do. Promises not kept will destroy the trust of the leader and thus destroy the organization ……(3rd rule of Leadership). Furthermore, her friend continued to share other details of the conversation with this Network Marketing Leader regarding the \”Hollywood Stage\”. There comes a defining moment in leadership that Leaders start to believe they are better than everyone else due to the fact they are making more money than most. When one stops returning calls, text messages, etc. this seed starts to permeate through the organization that will eventually be the downfall of that organization. Always treat your distributors/customers no matter their rank, importance in the organization as the most special person in the world to you (4th rule of Leadership) Joanne started to become very uncomfortable as she recognized moments in her business that according to Lacy were huge Leadership errors that led to her rebuilding over and over again. By the end of the conversation Lacy shared with her what transpired after this defining moment in her business, she realized she needed to start from scratch and work harder on herself on a daily basis (5th rule of Leadership – your income will be directly tied to how much you grow as a person). Lacy went on to state that her business started to thrive when she bought into these very important Leadership truths . Joanne’s mind again started to wander it was like she was in a trance memories started to flood her consciousness of the Leadership decisions she made over the years that were
Why are so many of us struggling?
Why are so many of us struggling? Because we have forgotten WHO WE ARE. Who we are is our True Self that is always connected and one with Source Energy (God). On the other hand, who we THINK we are is how we show up in life. If we are struggling we will never be who we are. Let that sink in for a moment. Who we THINK we are comes from listening to other people rather than listening to ourselves. Earlier on in my career before I truly considered myself as a leader, I believed what others told me to believe. I learned early that what other people think of me is more important that what I think of myself. At least this is what I thought. Living on purpose and working towards your goals and dreams is about focusing on WHO YOU ARE and what you can do in this moment. It is not about who you are not, what you cannot do, and what you don\’t have. WHO YOU ARE is everything. It is the ONLY thing that really matters because everything hinges on your ability to be yourself and to do that you must become intimately aware of the false beliefs you have about yourself and about the way life works. When you live focused on your dreams and goals You are connected with Source Energy you know you already have what you need. People who live this way are more than just positive thinkers – they are attraction in action. They accept life is not always easy and doesn\’t always follow a straight and convenient path. They let life unfold through them instead of putting their life into a box of expectations. Your greatness is not dependent upon anything you accomplish. You don\’t need to prove anything to anyone – even yourself. I am here to tell you one thing – you and everyone that comes in contact with you are already great. To live your greatness, you must know WHO YOU ARE and you must do what you can do in THIS MOMENT. Nothing else is required. When you come to this awareness you will be unstoppable. Making 2013 your BEST YEAR EVER!!!
This is one of my older most popular posts and I believe life changing. All the best in 2013… Making 2013 your best year ever I put a lot thought and effort on my last post of 2012, I hope you know it is coming from a place deep down in my soul!!! It is my longest blog post but entirely worth the read, I guarantee you. Enjoy!! How do I make 2013 my best year ever? Around this time of year I am consistently getting this question. To me the question is really easy to answer but probably not what you expected. To make 2013 you need to change your philosophy, change your Paradigm. “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” James Allen began his book with that aphorism more than eighty years ago. As a student of the power of thought – I believe the book is more relevant today, than it was when it was first written. In my first number of years in this industry, I used to think the most important things to teach my people were prospecting and training strategies. But I couldn’t understand why after they learned them, they didn’t do something more with them. Then I came to realize that there were all sorts of mental blocks holding them back. Fear of failure, low self esteem, fear of rejection, feelings of unworthiness, and the biggest one–fear of success. I came to understand that to build a large growing network, it was critical to include a personal development program in the equation. So now, I work on helping people discover and put into action their innate personal power. This is what has the potential to transform your business and life. Thus the reason I launched www.steamteam.ca It’s pleasing to your ego to assume your group is not growing because of outside factors and other circumstances. It’s very convenient to blame your lack of progress on your company’s compensation plan, the price of the products, timing, the area you live and a host of other external factors. But the truth is, you are reaping the results of your thoughts. Your suffering is the result of your negative, greedy or lazy thoughts, just as the blessings in your life are the results of your positive, kind and loving thoughts. This is an immutable, unshakable universal law… You cannot change your thoughts without changing your life. In either direction. Fortunately, you can pick the direction. You follow the thoughts you allow yourself to be dominated with. Program your mind with Jerry Springer and reality TV and you’re certain to lead a life of victim-hood, lack and limitation. Program your mind with the fertile stuff of “As a Man Thinketh,” “The Magic of Thinking Big,” and “Think and Grow Rich,” “Science of Getting Rich” all which can be downloaded for free on www.steamteam.ca and you’ll be walking the highway of strong and high endeavor. Just as planting an acorn will grow an oak tree, planting positive thoughts into your subconscious mind will grow you a Great business and a life, of wonder, harmony, happiness and success. It is common for people to think that they will attract what they want. Unfortunately, this is not true. You actually attract what you ARE. And of course, you are what you think about. The whims, desires and even strong passions you have can quite easily be thwarted by the thoughts you have about them. Last month, I ran into a friend who works as a clerk on the graveyard shift. After our conversation I suggested He visited my training site site. I suggested he read the books on the site along with watching some of our webinar training’s. After devouring the site, he mentioned that he was trying to create a vision for the future as I suggested – but all he could see was cracked mirrors. He asked me what I thought would cause that. I replied that the likely causes were watching too much TV (he nodded), reading the daily newspaper instead of positive books (he nodded again), hanging around with negative people (now he’s nodding furiously), or all three. ‘Busted,’ he says. Like a lot of people I know, he wants a better life, and often asks me for advice on how to get it. I used to give these people copies of “As a Man Thinketh” and suggest they read it. I discovered they never found the time. Then I switched to giving them the name, and suggesting they buy it themselves. Most never get it. They spend so much time in thoughts of negativity – being a victim – they don’t release those thoughts and replace them with thoughts of self-improvement. It’s a chicken or egg thing. They don’t buy the book because they don’t have positive thoughts. They don’t have positive thoughts, because they won’t read the book. You will find a lot of parallels in your business. You need to believe you’ll be successful or you won’t be. But you have to believe it before it happens. Most people fail because they can’t keep this positive frame of mind until they actually manifest success. They start out believing it, or at least thinking they do. Then one of their people drops out, a presentation goes bad, or their first guests never show up to the presentation. They don’t realize it then, but this is the absolute turning point of their career… They will see these things as a challenge to be overcome – or an insurmountable obstacle and quit. If they accept it as a challenge, they build character and persevere. Until they get a little success. Which gives them some more positive thoughts – that build their belief – that lead them to their next success – which builds their belief stronger. They are on a win/succeed cycle. More on the subject of Money relating to Network Marketers
One of the Challenges in the Network marketing world is most of our distributors have the wrong mindset when it comes to money. More importantly they are stuck in always thinking small. So let me ask you a quick question. Have you got the mindset for making money? If you do, you\’ll flourish in your business and more likely to earn millions. If you don\’t then you more then likely have a poverty mindset. That means you\’ll continue to struggle in your business, or reach a certain level of income and you seem to never get past that level no matter how hard you try, possibly get into more debt and or have the inability to reach the top levels in your recognition plan. With a poverty mindset you make the wrong choices, never have enough money and watch your bank account continue to shrink. You wonder why you can\’t make more and have more. You are sure you are talented, you are giving more value. When you compare yourself to others that are earning the money you tend to say I am better more skilled then them why then am I not at their level. You think those who have plenty of money are lucky. And you\’re not one of the lucky ones. You believe that maybe you\’re just not meant to have money. That you\’re meant to struggle. And so it gets harder and harder to make more money. This is what a poverty mindset does. It sends the wrong instructions to your subconscious mind. Instead of creating wealth, your subconscious forces you to lose money and continue to struggle. You don\’t want this, but without realizing it you\’ve developed a poverty mindset. Now you\’re used to it. So it gets harder and harder to change things or dream bigger. Habits are hard to unlearn. Goal setting becomes an impossible exercise. Well I have to let you in on a secret this is why the industry of Network Marketing is incredible, it is the difference maker. You don\’t have to struggle anymore with money or your business. You don\’t have to live with a poverty mindset. You can go from having little to having more than you need by dreaming bigger and reaching your goals and achieving the lifestyle you want. Yes you can have more and make more money. And you will… When you have a wealth mindset. When your subconscious mind is focused on making money. When you believe that you can and will have more money. When you get rid of the blocks that prevent you from making and having more money and this is done when you surround yourself with the right environment the right team the right mentors who can help you in this process. Unfortunately most people are not in the right environment the right team thus your default position is you don\’t believe. And if you\’re not making as much money as you want in your biz then you don\’t have your subconscious focused on making money. Instead, your subconscious is focused on making less or even losing money, and focusing on what you don\’t want, the struggles in the biz etc… It keeps creating blocks that stop. And that\’s only because you keep telling your subconscious that you want to struggle. But that\’s not what you want. You\’re just giving your subconscious the wrong instructions. Today I am telling you that you can turn things around. Today you direct your subconscious mind to bring you more money and more wealth by surrounding yourself with the right environment the right team the right mentor. This is the starting point that will allow you to start getting to the conscious level where you are sending the right instructions to your Subconscious. When I first learned this because of my environment I starting to experience that my subconscious was bringing more and more wealth. I learned to give it the right messages on a consistent basis. So how is this done well there are many techniques but the major starting point as a Network Marketer is your environment, when you surround yourself with the right people(the right team – mentor), the people who have the wealthy mindset who are living their dreams, that are walking the talk you will start to become like them, you will start to program your subconscious the right messages. One last tip, I really believed one of the major reasons why I have created an incredible life is when I started in this industry from day one I communicated daily with my mentors particularly my mentors that had the lifestyle I wanted, in many cases I chased them, every chance I had the opportunity to be around them I was there. This insatiable desire to be like them to have the lifestyle they had I knew that the more time I spent with them I slowly would end up thinking like them and thus changing my inside world would lead a dramatic change to my outside world. It is amazing how many business partners over the years that I have worked with that I know were struggling with this mindset, rarely chased me down, rarely took the initiative to communicate with me, frankly based on what I have shared with you in this post is a major error in judgement. Don\’t hide behind the computer if you are struggling, you need to change, you need to communicate more with your mentors chase them even if it is too say hi, be aggressive. Please don\’t take my advice lightly!!!! You are a powerful person. You can have the wealth you want. You can make as much money as you want. Start directing your power today. See you at the Top Joe
What\’s this energy thing about?
One of the most important lessons that i have learned on my Global travels, the thousands of business presentations and training\’s I have done all over the world, the observing of people of all cultures, the teachings of Great Teachers like Bob Proctor, Robert Anthony, Anthony Robbins the Iconic Teachings of Jesus, Budda etc.. is how to have great experiences happen to you on a consistent basis. The higher you vibrate with your energy level (I am not talking about rah rah, I am talking about focusing on what you want, be happy, be respectful, think great thoughts, this raises your energy to the point where you make more money, this is what essentially DREAMING Big Dreams is all about) Money will flow to you easily and effortlessly. But how do you go about raising your energy? In the graph below – 0% represents no energy and 100% represents maximum energy. 0%—————–25%————–50%————–100% If someone is at 0% energy, then they are dead. Unfortunately, many people are living just above 0% energy. How many Prospects have you talked to in the past that fit this level and that you are continuing to chase hoping they will join you in your business? At the other end of the graph, 100% represents the highest positive energy available. As you move up the scale, you will have more of the good things in life because you are vibrating and evolving at a higher level and this only happens through surrounding yourself with the right people – feeding your mind with greatness on a daily basis which leads to greater thoughts and thus great actions and then it leads to greater results. The higher up you move on the scale, the more easily you will be able to attract great things into your life without it being blocked. Your energy level not only attracts money into your life, it attracts everything else, including other people. If you have a very dense or low level of energy, you are going to manifest that same energy you are projecting. In other words, you will attract people and relationships into your life that have the same low level, dense energy. Have you ever seen a depressed and negative person succeed long term. Want more money please read and really pay attention to my words, increase your vibration level you will make more money then you ever thought was possible for yourself. I look at our million dollar earners and very successful people in other industry\’s, you see a pattern of positive attitudes, positive action, positive emotions and thus positive results. Negative attitudes, confrontational attitudes, fear, jealously, unhappy thoughts etc.. is what the masses focus on and thus the reason why they are stuck due to their focus on being wronged by a person or some incident that happened 10 years etc…, consequently they are not moving forward and never will attract abundance and prosperity. Stop right here and think about this because it is a key point to opening the flow of money into your life. When you fully understand this you will see the whole world differently. We can sum it up this way – if you raise your energy level, you will raise your income in your business I promise you. How can I make that promise? Well in June 23 1993 I walked into a meeting room at the Sheraton Hotel in the east end of Toronto, I watched a very successful man after his training, people gravitated to him in droves, just looking at him and watching him there was something different about him, these were my exact thoughts that day. When I figured it out, I understood the secret to his success and all I did at the age of 25 I started to do the same,which led me to a life of great success, prosperity and abundance.
