I have received many questions regarding the Manifesting system I share in the book… The question I get most is \”Joe how do I increase the speed of my manifesting what I want?\” Here is my thoughts on this question……. Increasing Energy Speeds Up What You Manifest Our thoughts create reality but not every thought of ours manifest with equal intensity. Strong thought forms and fleeting through forms have corresponding manifestations in reality. Idle thoughts have no sustenance in the effect that we experience. When you want to experience certain desires more tangibly and permanently, you must focus your thoughts into experiencing them as part of your life. The more you breathe, dream and live your DREAM, the faster and more powerfully it will show up in your universe. The more attention you channel into an area, the more results you get at a faster rate. Attention is mental life. What you focus on is where you give life to. Neglect causes a thing to wither away and die. Some of our successful projects start declining and failing when we take our focus away for too long. To keep our dreams alive, we must keep feeding them with our thoughts and actions. When you focus a lot of your attention on something for a prolonged period of time you create lots of results in that area. Everything is energy. Even time and space is energy. Some people seem to progress faster by spending more time on doing certain things and less time on other things. The reason why this is the case is not because of time, but because they are simply concentrating energy more in that direction. Someone can spend less time doing something and yet still accomplish more than another who spends more time on it because the first person is spending energy more efficiently than the second person. It is all about finding vibrational balance in your life. The more fulfilled you are in the way you live, the more fulfilment you will attract and the better your energy will be. Time and space are illusionary but their essence can be seen as energy. So therefore in synopsis the more energy and thus time you put into your DREAM no matter how many distractions come up in your life you will speed up your manifesting of your DREAM ……. Building YOUR Business Foundation
Last December 2019 I was in the beautiful city of Trujillo, Peru the first of 4 city\’s on my Peru Road Show events. The local leadership team invited me to visit a buried ancient city Chan Chan that was found in the early 80\’s. The city was the capital of the Chimú kingdom (c. ad 1100–1470) and the largest city in pre-Columbian America. As we walked into the burial tombs where all the Royals of that society were buried. All the Gold, Silver Diamonds, etc. that were buried with the Kings, Queens, and Royal subjects were pillaged by the Spaniards. It was typical behaviour by the Spanish settlers when they found anything that was valuable they would do anything possible to secure the possessions even kill, and then they would send the wealth back home to the mother land Spain… Today Latin America, Mexico to the southern tip of Argentina I believe is still paying the price for this. Let me explain…. When you compare Canada and USA prosperity of its average citizens to Latin America there is a significant difference. It\’s really not logical, they are on the same side of the planet, settled by basically the same people Western Europeans and have similar resources. I believe the difference in the 2 society\’s came when the foundation was created. In Canada and the USA the settlers primarily came here looking for a home this is why we celebrate Thanksgiving where as Latin America the Spaniards and the Portuguese primarily came looking for wealth and they certainly founds lots of it and sent it back home. Today it seems that energy that was created is still permeating in both continents… Keeping this in mind when you start your Network Marketing business or any business in general the energy that you start with will effect your future success or failure. Energy will always permeate for years. I believe 100% because I had fallen in Love with my DREAM then attracted Network Marketing as my vehicle to my Dreams my foundation of my business was unbreakable and it led me to a life of Prosperity and Abundance….. I have seen so many who start for the wrong reasons (bad foundation), or they will try to see if it works, they are looking for wealth, and easy fix to their financial problems etc… It\’s not possible to have a strong foundation in your Business if you have not fallen in Love with your DREAM!!!! The Pilgrims of Canada and USA from France, the UK and even from Spain because they came to the new world fulfilling a DREAM for a new HOME that beautiful unbreakable energy has permeated generations later with great Prosperity and Abundance for people from all over the world who have settled in the 2 countries. DISTRACTIONS IS YOUR BIGGEST ENEMY…..
SOMETHING TO CONSIDER IS IT HARDER TO RECRUIT TODAY IN THE INDUSTRY OF NETWORK MARKETING…..? You may think Technology has made it easier to reach out to people, most of us would agree to this. When I first started the industry the 3 ft rule and newspaper advertising were our primary source of leads… Today due to technology there are hundreds of methods to reach out to potential prospects…. Your enemy though in building in today\’s world is DISTRACTION…. Consider these facts…. The Average person in our Society is exposed to 63,000 words of information – On an average day is DISTRACTED by INTERRUPTIONS every 11 minutes and checks their SMARTPHONES 110 Times… DISTRACTIONS IS THE ENEMY OF FOCUS Are you sending your prospects to a recorded business presentation 97% + will never watch through the presentation, particularly if its more than 20 minutes? Are your FB lives more than 15 to 30 minutes 97% + will never watch the entire Live even in the replay… If your company videos are more than 5 minutes and they don\’t capture peoples attention in the first 2 minutes they will become a redundant tool . To succeed in the industry you need to understand DISTRACTIONS ARE KILLING YOUR BUSINESS… Not just for your prospects but you yourself. Are you spending most of your day on FB, Instagram etc.., do you find you are trying to multi task looking at one thing and trying to be productive at the same time…? The Distraction Disease will sneak up to you and it then becomes a way of life…. and it will be hard to let it go… To succeed in prospecting you need to be expose your prospects \”bites\” of information until they get serious about your business opportunity… The work does not stop there even when they enrol it is most important today then any time in the history of this industry you need to help your new distributor to determine their DREAM. It used to be our biggest nightmare in duplication were the DREAM Steelers today it is DISTRACTIONS… Repeat this statement at loud FALLING IN LOVE WITH MY DREAM WILL HELP ME OVERCOME THE DISTRACTIONS DISEASE… YOUR DREAM WILL SET YOU FREE…..
Action
I consistently get approached with questions asking for network marketing advice. People ask if they should try a certain strategy old school – new school, how certain leaders become successful, how to build globally, what type of presentation generates the best results, if they should go to that Generic NM event, questions about their website, what I thought about their company etc… I had someone in my team recently design a plan which took him 3 months to complete to get to the top rank in the company. And who are most of these callers? Well many (but not all) fall into one category. They are people who spend time investigating, analyzing, and looking for an easy, cheap way to become an overnight success. They find it easier and safer to stay in a state of continuous investigation to avoid actually doing something to build their business. My advice to many of these callers: Go out and actually do something. Maybe even make your first prospecting presentation. Even if you make 20 more calls investigating network marketing theories, nothing will happen. Okay, I’am not very popular with some of these callers, but I do feel I should at least tell them the truth. What about you? Do you have distributors who do everything except contact prospects? Are they always putting together a new brochure or presentation that will fix all the problems of network marketing? Are they so busy with “busy work” that they don’t have time to recruit? Do they spend hours every day sending e-mails back and forth to people they have never met, and spending too much time on the social sites like facebook with no marketing strategy? Do they focus their time pretending to build relationships with the 800 nameless people they have captured in their autoresponder? What are you going to tell them? Are you going to say: “Nice brochure. You are really accomplishing a lot.” Or, are you going to tell them the truth? Will you say: Go out and actually do something that will build your business. Make a phone call. Meet a live person. Make a presentation. Sign up a new distributor. Can you imagine what your life could look like if you and your team followed this advice? All these years later that is the one thing that I have done well I consistently acted every single day on my DREAMS. More on the subject of Money relating to Network Marketers
One of the Challenges in the Network marketing world is most of our distributors have the wrong mindset when it comes to money. More importantly they are stuck in always thinking small. So let me ask you a quick question. Have you got the mindset for making money? If you do, you\’ll flourish in your business and more likely to earn millions. If you don\’t then you more then likely have a poverty mindset. That means you\’ll continue to struggle in your business, or reach a certain level of income and you seem to never get past that level no matter how hard you try, possibly get into more debt and or have the inability to reach the top levels in your recognition plan. With a poverty mindset you make the wrong choices, never have enough money and watch your bank account continue to shrink. You wonder why you can\’t make more and have more. You are sure you are talented, you are giving more value. When you compare yourself to others that are earning the money you tend to say I am better more skilled then them why then am I not at their level. You think those who have plenty of money are lucky. And you\’re not one of the lucky ones. You believe that maybe you\’re just not meant to have money. That you\’re meant to struggle. And so it gets harder and harder to make more money. This is what a poverty mindset does. It sends the wrong instructions to your subconscious mind. Instead of creating wealth, your subconscious forces you to lose money and continue to struggle. You don\’t want this, but without realizing it you\’ve developed a poverty mindset. Now you\’re used to it. So it gets harder and harder to change things or dream bigger. Habits are hard to unlearn. Goal setting becomes an impossible exercise. Well I have to let you in on a secret this is why the industry of Network Marketing is incredible, it is the difference maker. You don\’t have to struggle anymore with money or your business. You don\’t have to live with a poverty mindset. You can go from having little to having more than you need by dreaming bigger and reaching your goals and achieving the lifestyle you want. Yes you can have more and make more money. And you will… When you have a wealth mindset. When your subconscious mind is focused on making money. When you believe that you can and will have more money. When you get rid of the blocks that prevent you from making and having more money and this is done when you surround yourself with the right environment the right team the right mentors who can help you in this process. Unfortunately most people are not in the right environment the right team thus your default position is you don\’t believe. And if you\’re not making as much money as you want in your biz then you don\’t have your subconscious focused on making money. Instead, your subconscious is focused on making less or even losing money, and focusing on what you don\’t want, the struggles in the biz etc… It keeps creating blocks that stop. And that\’s only because you keep telling your subconscious that you want to struggle. But that\’s not what you want. You\’re just giving your subconscious the wrong instructions. Today I am telling you that you can turn things around. Today you direct your subconscious mind to bring you more money and more wealth by surrounding yourself with the right environment the right team the right mentor. This is the starting point that will allow you to start getting to the conscious level where you are sending the right instructions to your Subconscious. When I first learned this because of my environment I starting to experience that my subconscious was bringing more and more wealth. I learned to give it the right messages on a consistent basis. So how is this done well there are many techniques but the major starting point as a Network Marketer is your environment, when you surround yourself with the right people(the right team – mentor), the people who have the wealthy mindset who are living their dreams, that are walking the talk you will start to become like them, you will start to program your subconscious the right messages. One last tip, I really believed one of the major reasons why I have created an incredible life is when I started in this industry from day one I communicated daily with my mentors particularly my mentors that had the lifestyle I wanted, in many cases I chased them, every chance I had the opportunity to be around them I was there. This insatiable desire to be like them to have the lifestyle they had I knew that the more time I spent with them I slowly would end up thinking like them and thus changing my inside world would lead a dramatic change to my outside world. It is amazing how many business partners over the years that I have worked with that I know were struggling with this mindset, rarely chased me down, rarely took the initiative to communicate with me, frankly based on what I have shared with you in this post is a major error in judgement. Don\’t hide behind the computer if you are struggling, you need to change, you need to communicate more with your mentors chase them even if it is too say hi, be aggressive. Please don\’t take my advice lightly!!!! You are a powerful person. You can have the wealth you want. You can make as much money as you want. Start directing your power today. See you at the Top Joe
What\’s this energy thing about?
One of the most important lessons that i have learned on my Global travels, the thousands of business presentations and training\’s I have done all over the world, the observing of people of all cultures, the teachings of Great Teachers like Bob Proctor, Robert Anthony, Anthony Robbins the Iconic Teachings of Jesus, Budda etc.. is how to have great experiences happen to you on a consistent basis. The higher you vibrate with your energy level (I am not talking about rah rah, I am talking about focusing on what you want, be happy, be respectful, think great thoughts, this raises your energy to the point where you make more money, this is what essentially DREAMING Big Dreams is all about) Money will flow to you easily and effortlessly. But how do you go about raising your energy? In the graph below – 0% represents no energy and 100% represents maximum energy. 0%—————–25%————–50%————–100% If someone is at 0% energy, then they are dead. Unfortunately, many people are living just above 0% energy. How many Prospects have you talked to in the past that fit this level and that you are continuing to chase hoping they will join you in your business? At the other end of the graph, 100% represents the highest positive energy available. As you move up the scale, you will have more of the good things in life because you are vibrating and evolving at a higher level and this only happens through surrounding yourself with the right people – feeding your mind with greatness on a daily basis which leads to greater thoughts and thus great actions and then it leads to greater results. The higher up you move on the scale, the more easily you will be able to attract great things into your life without it being blocked. Your energy level not only attracts money into your life, it attracts everything else, including other people. If you have a very dense or low level of energy, you are going to manifest that same energy you are projecting. In other words, you will attract people and relationships into your life that have the same low level, dense energy. Have you ever seen a depressed and negative person succeed long term. Want more money please read and really pay attention to my words, increase your vibration level you will make more money then you ever thought was possible for yourself. I look at our million dollar earners and very successful people in other industry\’s, you see a pattern of positive attitudes, positive action, positive emotions and thus positive results. Negative attitudes, confrontational attitudes, fear, jealously, unhappy thoughts etc.. is what the masses focus on and thus the reason why they are stuck due to their focus on being wronged by a person or some incident that happened 10 years etc…, consequently they are not moving forward and never will attract abundance and prosperity. Stop right here and think about this because it is a key point to opening the flow of money into your life. When you fully understand this you will see the whole world differently. We can sum it up this way – if you raise your energy level, you will raise your income in your business I promise you. How can I make that promise? Well in June 23 1993 I walked into a meeting room at the Sheraton Hotel in the east end of Toronto, I watched a very successful man after his training, people gravitated to him in droves, just looking at him and watching him there was something different about him, these were my exact thoughts that day. When I figured it out, I understood the secret to his success and all I did at the age of 25 I started to do the same,which led me to a life of great success, prosperity and abundance.
