Why are so many people Struggling?
Why are so many of us struggling? For those of you who have spent time as an entrepreneur especially in the Network Marketing/Direct sales industry this is a question you certainly have asked yourself. As someone who has coached and mentored thousands and have built a massive distribution business Globally I have come to believe it comes down to one simple fact……. Because we have forgotten WHO WE ARE. Who we are is our True Self that is always connected and one with Source Energy (God). On the other hand, who we THINK we are is how we show up in life. If we are struggling we will never be who we are. Let that sink in for a moment. Who we THINK we are comes from listening to other people rather than listening to ourselves. Earlier on in my career before I truly considered myself as a leader, I believed what others told me to believe. I learned early that what other people think of me is more important that what I think of myself. At least this is what I thought. Living on purpose and working towards your goals and dreams is about focusing on WHO YOU ARE and what you can do in this moment. It is not about who you are not, what you cannot do, and what you don\’t have. WHO YOU ARE is everything. It is the ONLY thing that really matters because everything hinges on your ability to be yourself and to do that you must become intimately aware of the false beliefs you have about yourself and about the way life works. I have met and worked with too many people who their false beliefs and mind viruses that have been programmed into them from their religious believes, Parents other family members, teachers, media etc….. are clearly they reason that prevents them from knowing or I like to say often remembering your true power…. When you live focused on your dreams and goals and you fall in LOVE with that DREAM, you are connected with Source Energy you know you already have what you need. People who live this way are more than just positive thinkers – they are attraction in action. They accept life is not always easy and doesn\’t always follow a straight and convenient path. They let life unfold through them instead of putting their life into a box of expectations. Your greatness is not dependent upon anything you accomplish. You don\’t need to prove anything to anyone – even yourself. I am here to tell you one thing – you and everyone that comes in contact with you are already great. To live your greatness, you must know WHO YOU ARE and you must do what you can do in THIS MOMENT. Nothing else is required. When you come to this awareness and when you FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR DREAM you will be unstoppable. GOD DOES NOT MAKE JUNK!!!!! Your friend and biz partner, Joe Garcia
70% to 80% of jobs will disappear in the next 20 years
I have been blessed to travel the world building my Network Marketing Global business to date 50 + countries and growing, planning to visit some 1st time countries on my list in the near future. Due to these unique experiences in travel and being in the trenches launching new markets, I have definitely a unique prospective on today\’s economy and why I am Bullish on the Growth of NM professionally Globally. Statistics will tell you that the NM and Direct Sales Profession will surpass Franchising in the next few years as the #1 distribution business model in the world. What I wanted to come across in this post is help raise your conscious level regarding Why Network Marketing/Direct Sales Profession is positioned in today\’s market place like very few industries are due to the fact how many industries are going to disappear or frankly be in major trouble. Keeping this in mind I have taken a segment of a speech by a Mr. Udo Gollub at the Singularity University summit regarding the rise and fall of industries… In 1998, Kodak had 170,000 employees and sold 85% of all photo paper worldwide. Within just a few years, their business model disappeared and they were bankrupt. What happened to Kodak will happen in a lot of industries in the next 10 years – and most people don’t see it coming. Did you think in 1998 that 3 years later you would never take pictures on paper film again? Yet digital cameras were invented in 1975. Artificial Intelligence: Computers become exponentially better in understanding the world. This year, a computer beat the best Go player in the world, 10 years earlier than expected. In the US, young lawyers already don’t get jobs. Because of IBM Watson, you can get legal advice, (so far for more or less basic stuff), within seconds. With 90% accuracy, compared with 70% accuracy when done by humans. So if you are studying law, stop immediately. There will be 90% fewer generalist lawyers in the future; only specialists will be needed. ‘Watson’ already helps nurses diagnose cancer, four times more accurately than doctors. Facebook now has pattern recognition software that can recognize faces better than humans. By 2030, computers will have become ‘more intelligent’ than humans. Education: The cheapest smartphones already sell at $10 in Africa and Asia. By 2020, 70% of all humans will own a smartphone. That means everyone will have much the same access to world class education. Every child can use Khan Academy for everything he needs to learn at schools in First World countries. Further afield, the software has been launched in Indonesia and will be released it in Arabic, Swahili and Chinese this summer. The English app will be offered free, so that children in Africa can become fluent in English within half a year. Insurance companies will have massive trouble, because without accidents (due to technology of self driving cars etc..), the insurance will become 100 times cheaper. Their car insurance business model will disappear. Business opportunities: If you think of a niche you want to enter, ask yourself: “in the future, do you think we will have that?” And if the answer is yes, then work on how you can make that happen sooner. If it doesn’t work via your phone, forget the idea. And any idea that was designed for success in the 20th century is probably doomed to fail in the 21st century. Just for the sake of time he went on and on discussing many more \”AHA\” points across the board in relation to many aspects to our society that many of us would consider \”no way that this will happen\”. Things are moving so fast he is predicting 70% to 80% of jobs will disappear in the next 20 years. He went on to say \”Don\’t get me wrong technology will create new jobs in new industry\’s but it is not clear that there will be enough jobs in such a short of time.\” So this brings me to my point in this blog the industry that is positioned at the front side of this curve is the Network Marketing/Direct sales profession it\’s an industry becoming self evident the success stories around the world can no longer be denied . I am personally very enthusiastic, excited, thrilled, exhilarated, animated, enlivened, electrified there is not enough adjectives to express what I am feeling what is going to happen in the next 10 years. If you are old enough you can think back when Franchising exploded with McDonalds being the catalyst, how many of you saw that happening? All the signalling factors that happened with Franchising is now happening with NM. These factors are even greater due to Technology…. I am writing this as I prepare to use my Iphone to FaceTime into a presentation in Russia approximately 9000 Km from my Home office where they can see me on the big screen. Today our organization globally is approaching 2 billion in sales in the last 15 years. Every year for the past 3 years we have doubled our sales and my whole business is now operated by a device that is 6.2 inches by 3.06 inches . WOW who would have thought this 23 years ago when I started in this great profession and the Fax machine was our greatest communication tool, even as early as 10 – 15 years ago advancing Technologies – BLOWS ME AWAY! If you are new to this Profession or you are looking to get involved you can almost guarantee yourself it\’s a sure as a safe bet than any business model out their that no matter what happens with Technology, Trends etc… the Network Marketing/Direct Sales Profession
Creating Results in your LIFE!!!!
A Couple of years into my Network Marketing career I stumbled upon a defining moment in my business that changed everything I realized instead of gearing my coaching and mentoring in teaching just the basics I started to focus on helping people raise their consciousness. When people in your organization raise their consciousness they will always figure out how to do the rest. When you have a team that is focused on personal development and you build that within your culture great things start to happen. A community of greatness will spread like a wildfire. Here is the challenge in this process is most people habitually are focused in the \”rear view mirror\” which prevents them from growing their Conscious level. It\’s like bending a hose the water will never flow, this is what happens to your success energy if you don\’t break through this destructive habit. Focusing on the way you want your life to be when things are not going your way in the present moment, is not the easiest thing to do. But if you have the determination to focus your attention especially in your business as your want it to be, rather than as it is, your income will change dramatically. When one understands this power of focus on today in the moment you will begin to notice the universe will start to respond to your desires, little coincidences that are not a coincidence appear you will then start to let go of everything and anything that is not part of your new vibration which is your focus/Your DREAM.. I can clearly go back into my life and see life changing moments for me where when I got in this mindset I let go of grudges, mistakes ,ex business partners, complaints, ill wishes, bad behaviour etc… At this point you will start searching for the things that serve you, you will come up with great new ideas, your thoughts will build momentum which will be evidence of the new you!!!! The greatest blessings I have received in my NM career is the number of countries I have visited (more than 50 now) probably have trained into the hundreds of thousands, these experiences have really led me to believe we are here to create as Creations of God and we are definitely worthy of every idea that comes to US. God Does not make JUNK!!! There is no greater creator than you and no greater reason to create than the things you desire in your life. Believe me the closer you get to your \”source\” which expands when you Fall in Love with your DREAM, the Greater Joy you will experience in your Life. So your source your internal guidance system, holy spirit whatever you want to call it will tell you that you are off track by how you feel. My desire and my passion is to help others think enough of themselves to feel good and do whatever it takes to feel good, that way you will have the ability to manifest your DREAM fast despite whatever is happening around you. With every thought you think and with every desire you give birth to the universe expands. And it is only through your joyous quest that all is possible. God Does Not Make Junk!!!! In early 2014 I was interviewed by one of Europe’s top selling business magazines Money/Profit Magazine the article was featured in their October 2014 issue. The following is the transcript from the interview. Enjoy!!! – Your company is successful, operating globally. What is the recipe how to do good business? Well this is a question that I certainly cannot do justice in just a few lines. Ultimately a successful business is operated by a person who definitely understands right to the detail what they want. From my experience this is 90% of the work. When one understands what they want in great detail and spends majority of that focus on this eventually they will achieve what they want! This is the starting point of all achievement. – Some publications say that system of Network marketing is unique because man could succeed only by helping the others. What is truthful on it? Network Marketing is the essence of capitalism, in the corporate world in upper management your goal is to keep your job or better yet get a promotion which usually means you are taking someones job. When training your subordinates you definitely are not encouraged to teach them all you know because they may end up taking your job. In Network Marketing the goal is to develop a high performance team by helping others achieve by teaching them all you know and if you don’t have the ability yet there will be business partners in the system that will help and duplicate this process. Unlike the corporate world you want to have people in your team surpass your skill sets, become better than you because this will mean you will make alot more money. So you see the more people who achieve in your team the more money you will make, this is why I stated that Network Marketing is the essence of Captailism. – You travel around the world. How do you harmonize the professional life with the personal life? I love this question due to the fact that this is an area that many business professionals, entrepreneurs etc… struggle with. One of the great assets of the Network Marketing industry is our focus on Personal Development, I understood when I started in the industry for me to make more money, to reach my goals and dreams I needed to get better. I needed to spend my time on what will help me on a daily basis to achieve my dreams. So I immersed myself into self help books and cd programs which allowed me overtime to get to a conscious level which helped me in balancing my time. Don’t get me wrong this is an area that you consistently need to work on especially a person like myself who is always focusing on getting better and helping more people around the globe. One of the things that I have done over the years when I have travelled is have my family join me which is all part of this balance. – Who is the inspiration for you? Why? I really don’t have that 1 person that has inspired me, I am a great people watcher and I have taken great things from people who have inspired me in their own little way and applied it into my life. For example my father who has battled diabetes and won due to his incredible daily discipline which never wavers, my business partner Dan Catto www.dancatto.com who was my first mentor in the industry inspired me by his great attitude and work ethic. My wife Margaret for her selfless devotion to me and our kids., I can go on and on. – It is rumoured, that more successful man has more work and therefore less time. Is it true for you? I can see that happening in many industries the great part of my Network Marketing Global business I get paid whether or not I work. My business does not depend on me, due to the fact I have built a massive business that pays me residual income. So I can take a month off, and not worry about employees, business headaches, etc… that you would have in a traditional business. When you develop the necessary skills in our industry which takes time, the lifestyle due to the residual income I make is like no other, this is called total freedom. – What is relax for you? One of my other passions is coaching soccer I have been doing this for 13 years. I also play soccer competitively and other sports. Spending time with my family is definitely 1 of my priorities so as a family we love to travel, I find this so relaxing uplifting and it definitely recharges my batteries. – To catch the costumer´s attention is more and more difficult. What works the best in today´s world? It is important today as a marketer, business person that you need to focus on solving problems for your customers and future potential customers. When you learn to do this effectively this will definitely seperate you from your competition. For example I have a friend of mine who took over his family’s floundering jewelry business. So he came to me for some help. Since my friend was a diamond expert I had shared with him that he should start a course in teaching people everything he knows about diamonds. He was so concerned over the business going bankrupt he could not see how this would help the business. I told him to trust me. Starting from a room in the back of the store he had a few people show up the first week, by the 4th week it grew to 30 people by the 6th month he had to hold the course in Hotel rooms. Well to make a long story short, due to the fact he was offering his course and sharing his expertise for free he started to build trust, the word started to spread and when
Super women!!!!
Just this past Valentines weekend I was reflecting on how incredible the women in my life are. My wife Margaret, my mom, mother inlaw, sisters and business partners. I always wondered how my mother no matter how busy she was with 4 kids, she always got things done. – Women are happy jugglers. Sales requires engaging in a multitude of tasks simultaneously, playing many varying roles concurrently and having the strength, stamina and ability to keep an eye on it all. My mom, my wife Margaret, my sisters, and the women leaders I have in my Global organization, all of them can be considered Superwomen! The Superwomen designation came about because of their ability to do it all: USE TIME PRODUCTIVELY DISTRIBUTE ENERGIES EASILY ENGAGE IN A MULTITUDE OF TASKS EFFORTLESSLY KEEP A PULSE ON IT ALL EFFECTIVELY These talents make them seem invincible and unstoppable in life. Just watch a women in the course of a normal day. A women will take care of her 4 children in an inspirationally masterful way. She deals with problems and crying and complaining while motivating them to get their colouring books and listen to music and do their homework, like a conductor guides a symphony. She will do all this while she offers you a seat, handing you a cup of coffee while directing you to the website of the product she is taking to you about. The phone will ring, she will excuse herself while she answers the phone, watching her children play, smiles at you and answers the callers questions and takes there product order, at the same time that she is pulling the baby out of the plant and handing you some more information that you wanted to see. Have you ever seen those really advanced jugglers perform? They can keep a banana, a chair, a stick of gum, a bowling ball and a flaming sword all going at the same time with incredible ease. I equate that type of juggling (juggling things of different natures) with what is required in network marketing. You see, being a successful Global entrepreneur will require juggling not only many different people, but many different people in many different aspects of the sales process. A sale normally consists of a series of steps, and chances are you will not be on the same step with every prospect at the same time. First you must understand the basic elements of the sales process PROSPECTING – All leaders in the great industry of Network Marketing develop a proficiency in prospecting. This involves networking, nurturing referrals, keeping up with past leads and finding creative ways to broaden your prospect base………test, test, test your different approaches to lead generating. CREATING A RELATIONSHIP – making yourself the kind of person whom your organization wants to be associated with. This is more than product knowledge, it involves conveying the right image, having the ability to build a rapport and trust, and using the communication and people skills necessary to create a bond. ASSESSING YOUR POTENTIAL DISTRIBUTOR AND UNCOVERING NEEDS -Trying to sign a new distributor up who has no belief or need for or in your business will prove to be very frustrating at the least. Match your opportunity to there needs, wants and desires, assessing their interest levels and feelings will require a superior ability to ask, listen and read beyond words. HANDLING OBJECTIONS -Objections are a vary real part of the recruiting process. Nine out of ten, the raising of an objection actually demonstrates interest in what you are presenting. Therefore, objections should be music to your ears, as involved people are interested people. CLOSING Closing or signing a new distributor up is a learned skill. You reach this point only by properly executing the other steps along the way. Then it takes your ability to sum it up, tie it all together, create the desire and ask for the sale.(3 way calls with your upline is critical in closing) FOLLOW THROUGH – Since a lot of times we do not accomplish signing up our new distributor on the first time, follow through involves not only the act of reconnecting with the prospects, but it demands knowing how to prime, prepare and program the prospect for another encounter with you Next you must develop a time management system to be effective, not just efficient like the superwomen above. By observing these special Super Women you can definitely start incorporating these successful traits in your business and life. How do you eat an elephant – one bite at a time. This is a major clue!!!!
One of the defining moments in my network marketing career is when I realized that the size of my income is directly related to my own personal growth. This awareness made a huge difference in my life. It allowed me to take full responsibility for my success. Awareness is always the first step to change. This is what I noticed as I went into the living rooms of my prospects and distributors. As I went into the low income households, I noticed that all I saw were copies of the National Enquirer and other similar magazines. When I went in to a medium income household I found a few books (usually by the toilet!) with a glossy gossip magazine in the family room. Then when I went into the higher income homes I started to see these people had library\’s of non fiction books. So what does this mean to you? I call this a very big clue! All great leaders are readers. You will never grow spiritually, emotionally or financially by watching TV news and reading the tabloids. Remember there are only two things you can do with your brainpower as it relates to time. You can either spend it, or invest it. Time spent (wasted) is gone forever. Investment in the form of learning creates a lifetime of payoff not only in knowledge, but in income as well. Decide right now that you are going to invest your greatest asset, which is your time, in learning and studying things that will bring you closer to your desires. 3rd party follow up

3rd Party Follow Up – Recruiting like a Pro Typically a prospect for your Network Marketing business will look at your business at least 4 or 5 times before they are ready to make a decision. Therefore it is important that you understand the single biggest weapon in the recruiting process is 3rd Party Follow up. 3rd Party follow up and validation, It\’s a subtle, but powerful element of your Business. Psychologists call this element social proof. What it means is that people are more likely to do something if other people are doing it too. The more testimonials your prospects hear and the more 3rd party tools of your business they see, the more likely they are going to say \”yes.\” TOOLS such as ….. Webinars Company publications Network Marketing Publications 3-way calls Product – Business Testimonials Events Local business presentations Websites – Training websites Marketing STRATEGIES Product Demos Home/office presentation DVD Presentation A Call from your upline business partners Branding sites – Your own or upline Youtube channel Branding info (anything that adds to the credibility of you or your business partners) i.e – Photos or videos of Company trip promos, photos – videos of your or business partners lifestyle videos of conventions etc….. Using third party is a simple thing to do. When someone has been presented the business, the next thing you want to do is introduce them to others doing the business. After they see your main tool that you use to show the business i.e website, recruiting video etc.., the next step is to do a 3-way with one of your upline business partners or even sideline if needed. With new or relatively new distributors one of the main purposes I use 3 way calls is as a teaching strategy. Network Marketing is a show and tell business the more you work with your new distributors in this way you are teaching them what to do and what not to do. It is important to understand that in prospecting speed is very important to always follow up no later then 24 hours after your prospect is presented the business or get\’s the 1st look of the business. In most cases don\’t tell your prospect that you will be introducing them to a business partner when you book a time to get back to them. Obviously there are some prospects that they would get very excited about the opportunity to speak with a successful business person, you would have to gauge this, if they show incredible amount of enthusiasm after the 1st look then this would be a good opportunity to let them know. The proper way to do a 3-way call to most can be commonsense, however, most 3-ways are not done properly. Here\’s what should happen in a 3-way. Step 1) Distributor calls prospect with upline business partner Step 2) Prospect answers and Distributor introduces themselves and asks if they have a minute (this is critical, they may be in the middle of something, if they don\’t set up another time with them) Step 3) Distributor edifies the upline like \’Bob I would like to introduce you to my business partner she is extremely successful in _______ and does business all over the world.\'(Always discuss with your upline business partners how they want to edified. The purpose of edification it builds the credibility of that person with your prospect. The prospect immediately thinks they are talking to an expert. Make sure you do not miss this step if you do the call I guarantee won\’t in most cases go as well. Step 4) Upline tells their story and background ( again this is critical remember stories tell facts don\’t). Upline takes care of their questions & tells more stories about product, company etc.. Step 5) Upline asks for close. Another great way to use a 3rd party call is too have one of your upline leaders call your prospect by themselves. In our organization we use this strategy very effectively, particularly in cases of mature distributors & Leaders who are prospecting quality successful entrepreneurs. In local business briefings, take your guest around and introduce them to successful leaders in the room and or distributors that your prospect will relate too. Have your prospect tap into a webinars/conference call so they can hear the successful testimonials. (Please note to my surprise many in the industry are still not using Testimonials on their business presentation Webinars/conferences, the FACTS don\’t SELL, it is the STORIES – it is a huge error in judgement when you are not using 3rd party on these presentations) Again if you are not doing this you are missing one of the best tools to close a prospect. Even if someone wants to get started, then immediately connect them with others who are in the business. The first 30 days are critical for a new distributor, help their belief by introducing them over the 30 days by as many of your upline leaders as possible. Just this simple technique done repeatedly can spark an individual to Greatness. When you watch the professionals in Network Marketing, they are constantly introducing people to others. Even at major events, they are introducing their leaders to other leaders. The third party validation happens throughout the entire life of your business. Follow-up is a critical factor in your business. Too many times, people get someone to the website or go to a meeting and they never contact them again. It\’s responsible. It\’s professional. It\’s accountable. It\’s critical. The fortune is in the follow-up particularly when it is done with SPEED. Remember that. If you are contacting a lot of people, but you are not getting results, it\’s probably because of your poor follow-up. Remember all you need to do is invite the person to hear from other people through the many tools you have available to you in your business. The third party follow up will explode your business! \”Never, never give up and never give
Money Consciousness
One of the major leadership issues that I see in the NM industry is Leaders when they start making a lot of money they tend to not put much time into their personal development they literally stop growing. Due to the fact they believe they have hit the big time…. I will tell you this is a major error in judgement. No one\’s immune from the chilling effects that things \”out there\” can have on the mind – things like the economy, the government, the stock market, the news, friends, family, co-workers… They never go away. For Example Recently I read an article on Oprah Winfrey that to my surprise with all the success and money she has earned that she almost had a nervous breakdown from the stress of taking on the CEO role, something she hadn\’t planned on and, in fact, resisted. She talked about how hard it was to constantly read or hear the media describe OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network) as \”struggling.\” She said — \”Every time I opened a paper, there was that word – struggling. Not a word I like to have associated with my name, nor a space that I really choose to be in personally, emotionally or spiritually…. So really, inside myself became the desire to literally change the narrative – more important than anything was to change the narrative.\” Imagine that – a billionaire working on her mindset! Yep, even after all the years of abundant success, fame and money, she still has to focus on transformation because, as she said, \”You can\’t let the outside world – be it your mother, sister, cousin, friends, whomever, and for me, the media – define the space that you\’re in. You\’ve got to do that for yourself.\” So if you are in a place where your organization is exploding, you are making the money that you should just sail on and coast, think again. This is where you need to be like Oprah work harder on yourself, lead by example You have to stay vigilantly conscious and aware of the negative seeds that are planting in your mindset and show your team and your family that you continue to seek personal growth, continue to get better, and when you do so you will have a flourishing business for years to come. Inspiration where does it come from!!!
Traveling the Globe, working in the trenches for many years now, helping hundreds of thousands of people around the world, you name me the experience I most likely have gone through it. These experiences have given me a very unique clarity, on many of the principles of the Laws of the Universe and particularly the LAWS of developing a long term residual income in Network Marketing. I have been blessed to see things so clearly that it has enabled me to be a better Father, Husband, Coach, Business Person, better all around human being. This type of clarity and where it comes from reminds me the story of Fred Smith the Founder of Federal Express and the incredible amount of struggles he had in the beginning. He had such a hard time getting enough cash flow to make payroll that at one point he \”raided the family\’s trust fund without his sister\’s permission.\” (He was sued for that.) For a while, he met payroll by borrowing money from a bank in Chicago that kept him going until one day they refused – \”That\’s it, Fred. Sorry.\” This is where the story gets rather astonishing. After being turned down, he was headed back to Memphis with a heavy heart, knowing he would have to tell his employees he couldn\’t pay them. Standing in O\’Hare airport, he \”noticed\” a departure for Las Vegas. He took the company\’s last $5,000, jumped on that plane, and, well, the rest is history. Needless to say, they made payroll and are still here delivering packages to my door. What happened that day in the airport? And whatever \”it\” is, wouldn\’t you like to have it, too? I certainly did many years ago until the experiences I have mentioned above gave me the clarity of this question, you see I have come to realize when you really have a 100% detailed focus on your DREAM where you can \”Taste it\”, \”Feel It\”, \”Love it\” where distractions are stomped on, their is a clarity or knowing that your DREAM is just a matter of time. Where do you get that knowing – build enough reasons why you want that why? Most importantly believe in your heart that inside of us is a higher self connected to everything that is, religions of this world have called it the Holy Spirit, The God Center, Universal intelligence, etc… When you truly build an understanding and awareness of this power you have you will become unstoppable. Now go after that DREAM by creating action, like I have done everyday of my business life, which will bring you similar experiences that I have had, which will give you the same type of life changing inspiration that Fred Smith had that day from his higher self. How to Close Prospects
One of the things that I have observed over the years in my journey to be a Professional Network Marketer and successful business person is when you ask the right questions you will get the right answers. Particularly when you talking to a prospect. Keep in mind the average prospect will look at the business 4 to 6 times before they are ready to get started. So it is real important to have a Prospecting plan for your Prospects. Always show your Prospects some new tool, new presentation, that was different then the previous time you showed them the business. I personally like to find out the pain of a Prospect and this is what I will typically focus on in my communication with them. For example; What in your life would you like to change or have more of or less of? This question is so powerful it allows you to understand what their \”Hot Point\” is in life. Now you can focus on sharing your business based on their answer on how your business can provide solutions. The next step you need to get to the point where you are helping them get to making a decision. So for example let\’s say when you asked the question above – What would you like more of in our Life?, Answer – I don\’t get enough recognition in my job or I am not happy, it\’s seems I am stuck not giving any value in my life. What you want to do next is paint them a picture of what the business can do for them. You know Sue I think you would be perfect for this business I can see you travel the world being on stages helping women just like you to breakthrough and the recognition you will get for this will be so fulfilling. This may be a good time to share a story of a leader that she can relate too based on what she wants more of. Now it is time to start going for the close! Here are some questions that I would recommend…. What is it that you liked so far about what you have seen? Can you see yourself make money with _______ and having all this great recognition for being a great coach and mentor to hundreds and thousands? You see you want to ask questions that will lead you to know what your prospect is thinking! Now pay attention closely when you have asked the right questions and you feel your prospect has seen the big picture of your biz here is the most important question you should always ask!!! \”Sue do you have enough information to get started?\” This question is really a difference maker, if they are not ready then you would ask them What other information do you need to help you get started? Over the years I have seen many people who do a great job taking the prospect through a number of exposures but they do not ask for the close. What typically happens when you do not ask the question – you have a prospect who you don\’t know if they are a yes or a no, they are in Purgatory. ASK FOR THE CLOSE AND TEACH YOUR DISTRIBUTORS TO ASK FOR THE CLOSE AND YOUR BUSINESS WILL GROW!! \”A WINNER MAY NOT BE MORE AMBITIOUS THAN A LOSER, BUT HE OR SHE IS AMBITIOUS LONGER.\” P.S.
